The Network of Sex Work Projects was founded in 1991 as an informal alliance
which participates in independently financed projects in partnership with member
organisations and technical support agencies. The site contains information

Astraea Foundation: International Fund for Sexual Minorities:

Astraea International Fund for Sexual Minorities was established through a donor-directed
grant from the Heinrich Böll Foundation and the initial efforts of the
International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission. The creation of this
Fund acknowledges the growing global movement for the human rights of sexual
minorities and the well-documented need to support groups that enhance the lives
of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (l/g/b/t) peoples worldwide.

Mama Cash: Sexual and Reproductive Rights:
------------------------------------------
Mama Cash supports women's groups that champion a woman's right to control her
own body. Groups, for example, that convince traditional leaders in Africa of
the horrific physical and emotional consequences of female circumcision, or
women who open abortion clinics in Latin America to prevent further deaths by
unsafe abortion. Support also goes to women in Armenia who provide legal aid
for victims of domestic violence, to groups that provide information to sex
workers about the devastating impact of HIV/AIDS, as well as to women-initiated
projects in the Ukraine attempting to bring an end to prevailing homophobia.
